I chose to be a primary care physician because I find it an honor to journey alongside another person as they face illness and aim to preserve health. While I enjoy serving all ages, I particularly delight in caring for the older generation and finding strategies that best reflect their values and goals. Additionally, I love encouraging my patients in their efforts towards fitness goals, healthy diet or chronic illness management. My philosophy of care is to try and understand a patient's perspective, present options from an evidence-based approach and support them as they move forward in an informed direction.
