Brittany Miller, NP
Overview
Brittany grew up most of her life in Germantown, TN just outside of Memphis. She completed her undergraduate BSN degree at The Ohio State University and completed her MSN, APRN (Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner) degree at Vanderbilt University. The past 3 years she has worked in Tampa, Florida at a Pediatric Primary Care office. Brittany and her husband are excited to return to Tennessee, now living in the Nashville area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, exploring coffee shops, playing with her golden retriever, and helping with a new church being planted in Nashville.
Brittany is very passionate about working with children and strives to make them feel comfortable in their time of need. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor and enjoys providing support and encouragement to mothers as they navigate breastfeeding. At MMC, she will also be specializing in Parent Management Training. Through this evidence-based treatment program, she will be able to teach parents social learning techniques to change the behavior of their children. It will focus on children with behavior difficulties such as oppositional, aggressive, and antisocial behavior.
