Overview
Let’s be honest—finding a mental health provider can feel a little like online dating. You read profile after profile wondering, “Who am I actually going to feel comfortable talking to?”
I believe the foundation of good mental healthcare starts with feeling heard. My approach is simple: I listen first. I want to understand what’s been going on, what matters most to you, and what you hope life could look like if things started to feel better.
I have 13 years of experience in healthcare and have spent the past 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. I am dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), which allows me to take a comprehensive approach to both physical and mental health.
I provide evaluation and treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other psychiatric conditions. Some appointments may focus on finding the right medication, while others may be about making sense of what you've been carrying. Most are a little of both.
My goal is not to put you into a box or make you feel like just another diagnosis. You are a whole person, and your treatment should reflect that. I believe in creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where we can work together to find an approach that fits your needs, values, and goals.
