Overview
I’m trained in family medicine, surgical and high-risk obstetrics and women's health. I see patients at Westfields and Amery, focusing on obstetrical care and women's health. This includes pre-conception counseling, prenatal appointments, deliveries including cesarean sections, STI screening and treatment, yearly well-woman exams with paps and mammograms, menopause management including HRT, contraception management, and non-surgical gynecological problem visits such as irregular uterine bleeding. I am passionate about working with OB and women's health because it gives people the empowerment they deserve to be in control of their lives – both present and future. My approach to practice involves a two-way conversation between myself and the patient, bringing my medical knowledge and their questions, concerns, desires, and priorities all to the table in a way that allows patients to walk away feeling heard, understood and confident in the plan for their health.
