A psychiatric evaluation is a structured conversation that helps assess your mental health history, symptoms, and treatment goals. During this session, we may discuss:
Your current concerns and how they are impacting your daily life
Your personal and family medical history
Past treatments and medications you’ve tried
Lifestyle factors that may influence your well-being
This initial evaluation allows for a thorough understanding of your needs so we can determine whether medication may be beneficial for you.
Ongoing Care
Follow-up sessions will focus on treatment progress, symptom management, and medication adjustments if needed.
If medication is prescribed, we will regularly assess its effectiveness and make any necessary changes.
Additional supportive interventions may be explored to help optimize your well-being.
