“I like being a family practice doctor because it connects me to the community. I like working with a variety of cases. One area I particularly enjoy is women's health. It’s important to have someone understanding and willing to work with personal concerns. Being an educator is an important part of my role. I love teaching things to my patients, such as how the body works and how medications would help. Together we identify goals and care expectations to work as a team. I also enjoy speaking Spanish and visiting my family in Chile. I am a member of the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
