I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered (Rogerian) therapy, and culturally sensitive therapy to create a supportive and individualized treatment experience.
