It is a great responsibility to care for patients at some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. At the heart of my practice is compassion — a commitment to seeing and treating patients not just as clinical cases, but as people with fears, hopes and unique stories. I believe that empathy is as essential as any diagnostic test or treatment plan. I strive to provide excellent care by staying grounded in evidence-based medicine, clinical vigilance and a dedication to continuous improvement. I hold myself to high standards and constantly seek to refine my skills, knowing that my patients depend on me to be both knowledgeable and thoughtful in every decision.|My clinical interests include quality improvement and mental health.|Why I Love My Work|I chose internal medicine because it allows me to combine two things I value deeply in medicine: the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and the challenge of navigating complex diagnostic puzzles. For me, internal medicine is the perfect balance of heart and mind — a field where I can be both a thinker and a healer, and where curiosity, compassion and continuity of care come together in the service of the patient.|Getting to Know Me|Outside of work, I enjoy reading fiction and golfing. A unique fact is that I have climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
