In my role, I provide patient-centered care to people of all ages by listening and working with them to reach their individual needs.|My clinical interests include preventative care, chronic disease management, women’s health and weight management.|Why I Love My Work|I chose family medicine because of the variety of areas to practice. I enjoy being there for people and making a difference.|I was motivated to go into health care by the nurses and clinicians who took care of me growing up. I remember how great they treated me at my clinic appointments. I knew back then that’s what I wanted to do when I was older — to care for patients as I was treated.|Getting to Know Me|Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, especially fishing and camping. I love watching my kids’ sporting events. A fun fact about me is that I was in a bass fishing league with my husband, and I can back in a boat!.
