Cassandra “Cassie” Reyes is a family medicine nurse practitioner at Intermountain Health’s Park City Clinic – Round Valley in Heber City, Utah. She supports patients in Heber City, Park City, Kamas, Francis, and surrounding communities, with clinical interests in community health, primary prevention, cardiology, and diabetes management, with a focus on promoting long-term wellness through education, early intervention, and evidence-based care. She particularly enjoys caring for patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic respiratory illnesses. These cases allow her to build long-term relationships and make a meaningful impact through education, preventive care, and ongoing support.Cassie believes in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that emphasizes respect, education, and empowerment.
