Overview
"Philosophy of Care I was inspired to go into nursing after a wonderful experience with a nurse practitioner in my early 20's. I was struggling with a medical illness and she heard me, validated my expeirence, and did everything possible to understand what was leading to my symptoms. My empathy and compassion led me to adopt a similar practice style as the nurse practitioner that initially inspired me. As a nurse practitioner, I've developed strong interpersonal communication and have successfully worked among several different interdisciplinary teams. It is my responsiblity to partner with my clients to provide the safest and highest quality care using the latest evidence with my client's input. My pesonal values of integrity, service, equality, and accountability have led me to reimagine behavioral healthcare delivery in unique and exciting ways. I go to work every day seeking opportunities to improve the lives of those I serve. I look forward to using innovative approaches to continue to impact behavioral healthcare for all.
