Overview
I'm a board-certified occupational medicine doctor with a special focus in lifestyle medicine. I have many years of experience caring for patients with spine-related conditions and am dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and stay healthy and productive at work and in their personal life. A central focus in my practice is identifying and addressing the underlying causes of back and neck pain, as patients often seek my care after seeing multiple providers without a clear answer or defined plan. I take pride in listening carefully, explaining diagnoses and helping patients understand why they are experiencing pain and what they can do about it, in a collaborative and educational approach which empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery. I have a special interest in applying lifestyle-based interventions including exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress management to mitigate pain and improve overall health. As a physically active person who prioritizes healthy living myself, I strive to lead by example and inspire patients to adopt healthy habits. Patients value my thoughtful and thorough style and clear guidance as we work together to build a realistic and individualized plan for recovery and long-term well-being.
