Connie Simons is board certified as a family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees at Medical University of South Carolina in 1981 and 1997, with a graduate program focus on primary care of the family. She has a background in cancer chemotherapy and hemodialysis where she worked prior to returning to graduate school. Connie enjoys living and working in her hometown of Holly Hill. She and her husband James have a blended family of 7 adult children and 15, soon to be 16, grandchildren. She has a passion for music and serves as pianist, English Handbell choir director and adult choir member in Holly Hill Methodist Church. Connie is committed to establishing a relationship with patients based on trust and mutual respect and considers it an honor to be entrusted with her patients' healthcare needs.
