Dr. Crystal Menken become a psychologist because she has always found the study of human behavior to be fascinating. This has allowed her to help others better understand themselves and improve their quality of life, which she finds very rewarding. Every day, her job is different, and this variety keeps her learning and growing. Dr. Menken is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in work with children, adolescents, and families. Dr. Menken uses play, art, and talk therapy in her clinical work. She has been practicing in North Iowa since 2005 and currently sees patients of the MercyOne Family Medicine Residency and also functions as a behavioral science coordinator for the Residency Program.

Dr. Brent Seaton earned his PhD in clinical psychology from the University of South Dakota in 1997. He completed his internship with a focus in neuropsychology at the Pittsburgh V.A. Health System in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1999, he completed his two-year fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. His interests include neuropsychological and psychological assessment, dialectical behavior therapy, and the neuropsychology of schizophrenia and emotional regulation. His clinical expertise encompasses Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and Schizoaffective Disorder. Dr. Seaton is currently accepting new patients.
