I’m a board-certified family medicine physician with additional fellowship training and board certification in sports medicine, and I enjoy caring for patients of all ages and activity levels. My practice includes everything from managing chronic health conditions to helping patients recover from injuries and stay active in ways that bring them joy. What excites me most about my specialty is the variety; it gives me the opportunity to care for the whole person, whether that means supporting long-term health, addressing an acute injury or providing guidance on preventive care. My philosophy is rooted in meeting people where they are – I believe health is personal, progress looks different for everyone, and the best treatment plan is one created in partnership with the patient.
