Dr David Altamira earned his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed residencies in general surgery and cosmetic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Altamira, who has been in practice since 1990, is board certified in plastic surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His primary clinical interests are breast augmentation, rhinoplasty (nosesurgeries), laser hair removal, liposuction and BOTOX® injections. His passion for perfection is evident in his thorough approach to patient care. He takes time with each patient to answer all questions and to make sure the person is a good candidate for the chosen procedure. His patients say he listens attentively and recommends procedures that meet their needs. His practice offers onsite post-op treatments that can lead to quicker recoveries.
