Overview
David Lin, DO, attended University of Washington for his undergraduate education, where he earned his mathematics degree while completing research in biostatistics. Having spent most of his life in the Greater Seattle area, it was only natural that he fell in love with the community and culture. Even from a young age, he dreamed of serving his community as a medical professional. With much love and support from his family and friends, he earned his medical degree from Pacific Northwest University and completed his residency at Valley Family Medicine. David chose primary care because of the diversity of challenges primary care physicians face, as well as their focus on preventive and longitudinal care. He loves building relationships with his patients and their families and believes this to be an integral part in caring for his patients. His special interests within medicine include LGBTQ+ health, teaching, and addiction medicine. Outside of the healthcare setting, you can find David playing board games with friends, cooking, playing tennis, and going on adventures with his fiancé and their golden doodle, Mango.
