Dr. Delaram Taghipour

Dr. Delaram Taghipour is a physician specializing in Venous & Lymphatic Medicine and Preventive Medicine, and the founder of My Vein Doctor, a physician-owned specialty practice serving patients throughout Oahu. She founded My Vein Doctor with the belief that patients deserve thoughtful, physician-directed care, clear explanations, and individualized treatment plans. Her goal is to help patients understand the underlying cause of their symptoms while providing minimally invasive treatments that improve comfort, mobility, and long-term quality of life. She provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, leg swelling, lymphedema, venous ulcers, and other circulatory conditions.

Dr. Taghipour trained in General Surgery at Howard University, then in Preventive Medicine at Johns Hopkins University, where she also earned both her Master of Public Health and Master of Business Administration. She completed fellowship training in Venous & Lymphatic Medicine at the Center for Vein Restoration. She has contributed to peer-reviewed medical research, with publications that have been cited throughout the medical literature. Her multidisciplinary background informs a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to diagnosing and treating vein and lymphatic disorders.

Her clinical expertise encompasses Lymphedema, Venous Insufficiency, Stasis Dermatitis and Ulcers, and Varicose Veins.

Dr. Taghipour is board certified in The American Board Of Preventive Medicine and The American Board Of Venous And Lymphatic Medicine. She is actively involved in clinical research, co-authoring 4 peer reviewed articles. Dr. Taghipour is currently accepting new patients.
