I’m Dr. Diane L. Zabielski, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 27 years of healthcare experience. I specialize in treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, OCD, and borderline personality disorder. My expertise lies in providing compassionate, evidence-based care through medication management, motivational interviewing, culturally sensitive therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
Before my current practice, I worked as an Assistant Professor at Stevenson University and Notre Dame of Maryland University, mentoring nursing students and developing programs like the Forensic Nursing concentration. My background in cardiac care, critical care, and forensic nursing has given me a deep understanding of how physical and mental health intersect, allowing me to provide holistic, patient-centered treatment.
I believe that mental health care should be accessible, personalized, and empowering. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued. I provide both in-person and virtual sessions in Reisterstown, MD. My goal is to help each client achieve lasting emotional well-being through compassionate, individualized care.
