Overview
Dr. Gregory Ward provides general obstetric/gynecologic care, specializing in: infectious disease; sexually transmitted diseases; post-menopausal bleeding; abnormal Pap smears; abnormal uterine bleeding; hysterectomy; and endometrial ablation. He employs the latest techniques, including hysteroscopic resection with MyoSure device. His research interests include cervical ripening prior to hysteroscopy, resident ultrasound proficiency, and medical student education. Dr. Ward is a professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health, Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Society for Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Council on Resident Education in OB/GYN/Association of Professors in Gynecology, and the St. Louis Gynecology Society. Dr. Ward's wife is also an obstetrician/gynecologist, and they have four daughters.
