I received my nursing degree from the University of Wisconsin and completed advanced training as a nurse practitioner at St. Catherine University. I have practiced with HealthPartners geriatrics since 2006, and I love the combination of nursing and medicine. Nursing, which allows me to focus on the whole individual, is a perfect complement to medicine, which allows me to understand the rationale for why we're treating the patient.
