I am a board certified family nurse practitioner. My clinical focus is caring for patients with sleep disorders. Through improving the quality of your sleep, improvements in your overall health and well-being can be made. I find it satisfying to partner with patients as the achieve a better quality of life. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, two daughters, and Chihuahua/ Italian Greyhound dog. I enjoy spending time outdoors in the warmer weather, cooking, and reading.
