Overview
I am passionate about primary care and internal medicine because I love building lasting relationships with my patients based on active listening and anchored in a holistic medical outlook. My experience as a physician trainee during the early pandemic strengthened my sense of responsibility as a caretaker, support system, and medical guide to my patients and their families. My goal is to serve every individual by addressing their unique needs and complexities. By understanding where an illness fits within the context of a patient’s life, we can work together to identify and personalize interventions. My father, a pediatric immunologist, taught me that education is the backbone of good medicine: sharing medical knowledge empowers our patients to better understand and take action to improve health outcomes. I have been practicing mindfulness and insight meditation for over 10 years. I love spending time with my family, listening to music with the windows down in the car, and connecting with old friends.
