I went into primary care because I want to develop decades-long relationships with my patients; I believe that these relationships can be intrinsically therapeutic. In that relationship, I see you, the patient, as the primary decision-maker, and myself as an advisor and advocate for your body. I enjoy talking about nutrition, exercise and other foundational elements of health and wellness. Other special interests include medical weight management and addiction medicine.
