Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy staying active and grounded through hiking, gardening, and spending quality time with my wife and extended family. I'm always up for exploring new places, trying out restaurants I've never been to, and experiencing local concerts or cultural festivals.Professionally, I have a deep interest in psychiatric medications and emerging therapies. I stay current through continuing education and am always looking for new ways to bring innovative, evidence-based care into my practice. I'm also in the process of learning Spanish to better connect with a wider range of patients in our community and also with my extended family in Mexico.Whether at work or in life, I believe in staying curious, open-minded, and connected to world around me.
