I am honored to be a part of TRIA Orthopedic and strive to provide exceptional care for my patients. In my practice, I see patients of all ages for their general orthopedic conditions. I have a special interest in shoulder, hip and knee problems and sports medicine. I believe in educating my patients because it leads to better outcomes and it allows them to take ownership of their health. I work hard to really listen to the needs of my patients and work with them to find treatment options that best fit their lifestyle so I can serve them better. I find great joy in the people and communities that I serve and feel blessed to have this opportunity with Park Nicollet. I am a Minnesotan through and through. I grew up on a farm east of Northfield and have spent the majority of my adult life in the south metro communities. When I'm not at Park Nicollet, you can find me spending time with my husband and our three little girls, chasing our pup GusGus, reading, cooking, working out, enjoying the outdoors and time at our cabin, watching any sporting event, singing and dancing with my kids and watching any type of musical. My husband and I LOVE watching high school hockey and attend the state hockey tournament every year in St. Paul; a tradition passed on to him from his late 94-year-old grandfather. I have a passion for traveling the world and take the opportunity at any chance I get.
