I have worked in the Twin Cities area for over 20 years, initially doing both family medicine and sports medicine but now practicing sports medicine and nonsurgical orthopedics with Tria Orthopedics. I came to the Twin Cities after finishing medical school at the University of Washington in Seattle and completed residency in family medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center. After serving four years with the U.S. Air Force in Grand Forks, ND, I returned to the Twin Cities for a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine. I enjoy helping patients of all ages with sports medicine injuries; getting to know each patient as a person is important to me. My interests include sports injuries, joint injections and non-surgical fracture management.
