Ha began her nursing career in 2011 as a registered nurse in the surgical trauma intensive care unit at a level 1 trauma center after earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing from UT Arlington. She became certified as a nurse practitioner in 2016 after graduating with her master’s also from UT Arlington. Ha earned an additional degree in psychology at UT Austin. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
