Overview
Dr. Hamsini Rao is a general pediatrician committed to holistic healthcare for children, including physical health, mental health, and community health. Dr. Rao earned her medical degree at Georgetown University and completed her pediatrics residency training at the University of Washington / Seattle Children’s Hospital. During training, she completed additional studies in community and global health, supporting preventative healthcare with the Washington State Department of Health and studying early childhood development in rural western Kenya. As a pediatrician, Dr. Rao loves partnering with families to empower children to grow with confidence and good health. She enjoys working with families of all cultural backgrounds, tailoring evidence-based best practices for each individual child and their family.
