Overview
Philosophy of care | I can help you and your family navigate health care's sometimes challenging processes while making sure your concerns are acknowledged and understood. I make time and ask questions so you feel positive, listened to and understood during your visit. I individualize care to the extent I am able. | Why I entered medicine | I decided to become an RN back in the 1990s after being diagnosed with chronic illness and then having difficulty with my first child. I had excellent clinicians and wanted to help others the way they helped me. | Community involvement | I am involved with local community theater along with my daughter and husband. | Personal interests | I have four children and a grandson. My youngest are twins and involved with Boy Scouts, multiple sports and competitive dance. So while I am usually immersed in practices, games and competitions, I do enjoy books, Broadway and musicals. I also love to crochet and spend time with my husband and our Jack Russell terrier.
