Heather is a Frederick native. She attended Frederick Community College where she completed her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2014. She worked as a nurse at the Frederick Health Emergency Department before advancing her career. She later went to Walden University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2022. Heather has special interests in women’s health, nutrition, obesity management, and preventative health and wellness.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys weightlifting, running, reading, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys spending her time giving back to the community and volunteering at the community free clinic. Her favorite travel destination to date is Barcelona and would love to eventually travel to France.
