I enjoy encouraging patients to make healthy changes in their lives to improve their overall health. I love working with them to make those changes as a team. I have been a physician assistant in family medicine for over 25 years now and I also have a passion for women's health. I am a Menopause Society certified provider and love helping women feel supported in their care, and I want to help guide them through the perimenopause and menopause transition in a healthy, vibrant way. Whether it’s discussing symptoms, exploring hormone therapy or finding lifestyle approaches that fit each patient’s needs, I will be there every step of the way so my patients can navigate this stage of life with strength and peace of mind. I grew up most of my life in Minnesota and particularly enjoy the Lakeville area. When I’m not working, I find happiness in doing anything active outside, running races, traveling new places, church activities and hanging out with friends and family. Certifications: NCCPA – National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants; Dr. Heather Hirsch Academy hormone course (NCCPA); MSCP – Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.
