Jacob majored in biology at Utah State University and attended PA school at Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Mass. While in PA school he was awarded the National Health Service Corps Scholarship, a highly competitive scholarship awarded to only 10% of applicants.
Jacob hails from Salt Lake City, UT and currently resides in Northern Utah with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys being with family and friends, reading, running, weightlifting, and being outdoors. He’s also an avid guitar player, having played for 20+ years, and is a coffee enthusiast! He looks forward to working collaboratively with his patients.
