Dr. Stritz grew up in Florida and is married to a native Texan. After completing her residency in San Diego, she wanted to put down her roots closer to family. She enjoys taking care of entire families, from newborns to centenarians, with a major focus on prevention and wellness. She has special interests in integrative medicine, behavioral health and pediatrics. Dr. Stritz enjoys cooking, going to farmers markets, reading, hiking, yoga, meditation, weight training, classic rock music and spending time with family, friends and her cat, Bella.
