James serves as a Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department at MUSC Health Chester Medical Center and MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center. He provides timely and efficient care to patients in critical situations. Prior to his current role, James gained valuable experience as a Physician Assistant in Otolaryngology and Ophthalmology at Aspen Valley Hospital in Aspen, CO. There, he played a pivotal role in establishing a new practice, managing acute patient encounters and building solid relationships with local physicians. Outside of his clinical work, James has been actively involved in his community, volunteering with organizations such as Smiles for Life and Junior Doctors of Health. He is a member of professional associations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.
