Jamie Szkodzinski, PA-C, joined the Michigan Medicine Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction team in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience as a Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Psychology, from Indiana University–Bloomington. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee and has been a board-certified Physician Assistant since 2014.Jamie specializes in the care of adults with hip and knee pain, helping patients understand both surgical and non-surgical treatment options for arthritis. Her clinical interests include joint injections, patient education, and comprehensive care before and after joint replacement surgery.Although not a Michigan native, Jamie has made Southeast Michigan home and enjoys life there with her family and friends. In her free time, she’s often at hockey rinks supporting her three hockey-loving sons.
