
Overview
Dr. Janet Shimotake is a neonatologist who cares for pregnant patients and babies with a high chance for complications during birth. She attends high-risk deliveries to resuscitate and stabilize babies, and cares for premature infants, as well as those born with surgical issues, respiratory failure, or neonatal encephalopathy and seizures. Dr. Mary E. Norton is a perinatologist and clinical geneticist who cares for pregnant patients who have a fetus with a birth defect or genetic disorder or are at risk for such a condition.
