I feel fortunate to have practiced in a variety of settings and clinical practices in my medical career. This has included rural family practice in Hawaii, Wyoming and Alaska, and more recently has included a challenging rural emergency medicine practice in western Minnesota for the last six years. I enjoy meeting the diverse people and challenges in urgent care and in the emergency room. My philosophy strongly leans towards shared decision making for patients of all ages.
