Jeffrey Summers, DO, is a pediatric sports medicine physician who treats and helps children manage a wide variety of conditions, including developmental dysplasia of the hip, club foot, flat feet, toe walking, fractures, growing pains, sports injuries, concussions, scoliosis and more.|Dr. Summers also has special training in osteopathic manual medicine, which is a hands-on method used to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury. He evaluates his patients first from a pediatric standpoint and then from an orthopaedic standpoint for a holistic approach to care for your child.|After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Colorado, Dr. Summers completed his pediatric residency, pediatric chief residency and sports medicine fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.|In his free time, he enjoys golf, exercising, reading, jujitsu, baseball and restoring classic cars like his 1969 Mustang Boss 302.
