Jennifer Wolford, DO, MPH, joined the Division of Child Advocacy in 2011, having completed a pediatric residency at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and served one year as chief resident. From July 2013 to June 2017, she served as the clinical director of the Child Advocacy Center (CAC). She became program director of the CAC’s Child Health Evaluation and Coordination Services (CHECS) Program in 2015. The CHECS provides comprehensive onsite healthcare assessment and care coordination for medically fragile children involved in the child welfare system. Dr. Wolford has also served as assistant director of Children's Pediatric Residency Program since October 2015.

Dr. Wolford is board certified in American Board Of Pediatrics. She is actively involved in clinical research, co-authoring 8 peer reviewed articles. Dr. Wolford is currently accepting new patients.
