I am a physician associate specializing in electrophysiology and see patients for the management of arrhythmias and devices including pacemakers, ICDs, and internal loop recorders. I work in the syncope clinic as well and treat POTS, vasovagal syncope, and neurogenic orthostatic hypotension. I also see patients after cryptogenic strokes to discuss the implantation of internal loop recorders to help clarify the reason for the stroke and explore possible treatments to avoid future strokes. I really enjoy puzzles, including those presented by patients. Collecting the pieces to get a full picture that helps lead to a diagnosis and treatment plan brings me joy.

I am an interventional cardiologist and researcher who has been at Duke for nearly 20 years. I enjoy being at Duke because of the “family” I get to work with every day.
