As a family nurse practitioner, I provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan. I value the diversity of family medicine and the opportunity to help people manage a wide range of acute (short-term) and chronic (long-term) conditions. My clinical interests include weight management, women’s health and chronic disease management, particularly diabetes and hypertension. I’m committed to delivering patient-centered care that focuses on treating the whole person – not just the illness. My practice philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach that promotes physical, mental and spiritual well-being, with the goal of empowering each patient to live their healthiest and most fulfilling life.
