I was drawn to emergency medicine because I enjoy the diversity of the patient population and the variety of issues that people present with. When patients come into the ED, I bring a strong sense of empathy and provide compassionate care during difficult times. My approach is to deliver outstanding care by spending as much time as needed to explain results and outcomes. I want my patients to fully understand their condition so they know what to expect and what questions they might still need to ask. No matter the situation, I work relentlessly to advocate for their needs. I graduated from medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago in 2010, then completed my residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2013. In 2014, I was certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Professional Association: * American College of Emergency Physicians.
