My background is in family practice, and I bring that same knowledge and caring as an occupational medicine and worksite wellness provider. A typical day for me includes doing pre-employment physicals and assessing work comp injuries so I can get people into work or back to work quickly. I especially enjoy teaching patients about prevention. I like getting to know my patients, trying to figure out what will best support them. I help them learn to be proactive about the choices they make, teaching them how to create healthy, sustainable lifestyles.
