Dr. Newswander born in Utah,  began his studies as a pre-med student at Utah State University.After graduating, he pursued his interest podiatry at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Newswander completed a residency at Carl T. Hayden VA Hospital in Phoenix and opened his own practice in 2003.
