I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a passion for providing holistic, patient-centered care. With years of experience in mental health, psychiatry, and psychotherapy, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, PTSD, ADHD, eating disorders, addiction, and psychosis. I hold a Master’s in PMHNP from Buffalo University and a Master’s in FNP from Lehman College, with a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Adelphi University. My background spans urgent care, health screenings, pediatric care, and complex medical needs, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both physical and mental health. I emphasize preventative care, health coaching, and mental health screening to support long-term well-being.
