He has led rescue efforts for a non-profit organization combating international child trafficking along the U.S.–Mexico border, and has served on medical missions in Chile, Costa Rica, and Mongolia. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, playing soccer, and exploring the outdoors.
