I have been fortunate to be involved in research that has made a real difference in the lives of my patients. As president of the American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS) in 2013, I participated in the development of many national programs to improve the lives of women with bladder leakage and vaginal prolapse. My main clinical interest includes performing robotic sacrocolpopexy, a highly successful, minimally invasive treatment for patients with advanced pelvic organ prolapse.
