Jordan went to Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, for her Bachelor’s where she participated in volleyball and track & field. After receiving her Bachelor’s, Jordan attended Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she graduated with her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.“I enjoyed my time in undergrad so much I decided to move back to Indianola to start my career,” said Jordan. “I worked at MercyOne Indianola Urgent Care for three years before transitioning to MercyOne Indianola Family Medicine.”Jordan has worked at MercyOne since 2012– starting at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center as a patient care technician (PCT) to gain experience in health care and now as a physician assistant since 2017. Jordan says, “I have seen the quality care our team provides our patients, from the hospital to the clinic side. This is why I’m proud to be a part of this team now and for many years to come!”Jordan currently lives in Indianola with her husband and two daughters, Elliott and Sutton, who like to spend their time outside as much as they can.
