My areas of practice include general obstetrics and gynecology. I treat patients from adolescence through menopause and beyond. I commonly see patients for prenatal care, contraception counseling and abnormal uterine bleeding. It is a privilege to be a women's health care provider. I chose to practice general obstetrics and gynecology in order to care for women throughout all stages of their lives and build that special patient-doctor relationship. I enjoy the mix of caring for women in the outpatient as well as surgical setting. I have a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and enhanced recovery after surgery. My overall approach to practicing medicine includes respect for each unique individual with emphasis on informed, shared decision-making.
